Do you work on systems you didn’t install?
Yes. A lot of our repair and troubleshooting work is on older systems someone else put in, including ones without any paperwork or zone map.
How often should my system be checked?
At least once a year, ideally in spring before the heat sets in. A check catches broken heads, leaks and schedule problems before they turn into dead grass or a big water bill.
Can I just text you a photo?
Please do. Text it to 843-858-0890 with a sentence about what’s happening. It often tells us what parts to bring.
Can you add lighting to a yard that’s already landscaped?
Yes. Low-voltage lighting can be added to existing beds, trees and walkways without tearing anything up.
