Irrigation first.
The rest of the yard, too.
Six things we do, from digging in a brand-new system to lighting the walkway when it’s finished. Not sure which one you need? Text us a photo of the problem at 843-858-0890.
Irrigation installation
A new system laid out for your yard, not copied from the last one.
We walk the property first: where the sun hits, where it stays shady, what’s turf and what’s beds. Zones are split by those conditions so the shady side isn’t drowned to keep the sunny side green. Heads are spaced so their spray overlaps, and beds get drip lines that put water at the roots.
What’s included
- Layout and zone planning
- Valves, lines and heads
- Drip irrigation for beds
- Controller set-up and rain sensor
Good fit for
- New homes and new sod
- Yards still watered by hose
- Adding zones to an old system
- Replacing a system past repair
Irrigation repair
Mower-clipped heads, leaking valves, split lines, crushed valve boxes. We fix it and run the zone before we leave.
Some repairs are a five-minute head swap. Others mean digging out a valve manifold that’s been buried in mud for years and rebuilding it with new valves, fittings and wire connections.
Common repairs
- Broken or stuck heads
- Valves that leak or won’t shut off
- Main and lateral line breaks
- Cracked valve boxes and lids
Signs you need one
- Soggy spot that never dries
- A zone with weak pressure
- Water running when it shouldn’t
- A head that geysers
Troubleshooting & system checks
When something’s wrong but you can’t see what, we find it.
Most mystery problems trace back to wiring, a failed solenoid, a controller setting or a hidden leak. We test zone by zone until we know the cause, then tell you what it will take to fix before we start.
We track down
- Zones that won’t turn on
- Zones that won’t turn off
- Blank or erratic controllers
- Wiring and solenoid faults
Seasonal check-up
- Run and inspect every zone
- Open and check valve boxes
- Adjust heads and spray
- Reset the schedule for the season
Water efficiency
Less water on the driveway, more where the roots are.
Brown spots usually aren’t a sign you need to water more. They’re a sign the water isn’t landing evenly. We fix coverage first, then cut run times down to what each zone actually needs.
What we adjust
- Head spacing and spray arcs
- Mismatched nozzles
- High pressure and misting
- Overspray onto pavement and siding
What you get
- Even, green coverage
- Shorter run times
- A schedule set by season
- A rain sensor that skips wet days
Landscapes
Beds and plantings planned together with the water that keeps them alive.
Because we do irrigation, we design beds knowing how they’ll be watered. New plants go in with drip or adjusted heads, so they get established instead of drying out the first summer.
What we do
- Bed design and layout
- Shrubs, trees and seasonal color
- Mulch and bed refresh
- Clean bed edges
Pairs well with
- Drip lines for new beds
- Landscape lighting
- A new or reworked zone
Landscape lighting
Your yard after dark: lit walkways, glowing trees, a front that welcomes people home.
We install low-voltage landscape lighting on a timer or dusk-to-dawn sensor, so it comes on by itself. Lights are placed to show off the yard and make steps and paths easy to see, without glare in your windows or your neighbor’s.
Fixtures
- Path and walkway lights
- Tree and wall uplights
- Step and accent lights
Why add it
- Better curb appeal
- Highlight your landscape
- Safer steps and walkways
- Enjoy the yard at night
